Sunday School

Preschool – 5th Grade, 9:45 – 10:45am

St. Mark’s is committed to providing quality Christian education programs for our children. Classes for preschool and elementary school ages are held each Sunday morning from 9:45 – 10:45 a.m. Your child will be well cared for, loved and taught about God’s goodness and grace. A completed Sunday School registration form must be on file for each child. You may use this registration form link to download a form.

Nursery/Childcare

Infant & Toddler Care: Rooms 15/16

Infant and toddler care is available throughout Sunday mornings. Our childcare workers are CPR-certified. Young children are also welcome in worship, and an infant hospitality room is connected to the sanctuary through a door on the north wall (near the organ). It can be used for changing, feeding or comforting our youngest participants.

Family Events

St. Mark’s seeks to provide members and friends of the church with enjoyable events and activities that bring families together and encourage entertainment and fellowship for adults and children. Coordinated by our Family Ministries Committee, these activities are open to families, grandparents, aunts, uncles, congregation members, and the community. Please see the sidebar on the right of this page for a schedule of upcoming events.

Preteens

Sunday Evening Fellowship for 4th and 5th Graders

4:00 – 6:00 pm, Room 8/9 (usually)

The evening includes a short Bible study, snacks and games. The Preteen group also participates in service projects and field trips. For specific schedule information, please contact the church office.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer in June, we offer a special week of fun and learning for children in the form of Vacation Bible School (VBS). Each year’s theme takes the form of songs, crafts, games and of course, Bible stories. VBS classes are held from 9:00 a.m. – noon and offered for ages 3 years through 6th grade. An extended-day option provides afternoon care for parents who desire it.
