Maintenance Coordinator “Classified”

St. Mark’s United Methodist Church is seeking to fill an open Facilities Maintenance Coordinator position. The selected individual will be a self-starter responsible for opening and inspecting the campus Monday through Friday. The position provides maintenance services for the church and preschool buildings and associated systems. Knowledge and ability of preventive maintenance techniques and safety protocols, basic repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and HVAC is required. Monitoring, communicating with and supporting outside contractors for custodial and landscape maintenance is required. Room and event setup, including setting tables and chairs, is an expectation. Intermediate computer skills are important. The maintenance coordinator is part of the St. Mark’s Administrative Services Team and should be able to work in a team atmosphere and individually. Pay: Hourly, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday with some weekends and holidays as required.
