Ways to Give
Whether you would like to make a one-time gift or want set up a recurring withdrawal to make your pledge payments, you can do so online through Breeze, St. Mark’s online church management system, via a credit/debit card or an ACH transfer. To make a one-time gift, simply click the button below and follow the simple instructions. You can give online without registering for a Breeze account. If you’d like to set up a recurring gift, simply follow the instructions to create an account when prompted. “Give Now” is one of the dashboard buttons if you’re using the Breeze app.
Everything from worship, music, youth and children’s ministries, missions, and the lights and air conditioning is funded through your pledge. Most of what you see week by week and year by year is the result of the giving from generation-to-generation of people who have giving of their prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness to make St. Mark’s a community that can say “We gather, connect, and serve, so all may experience the love of Christ.”
If you’d like to make a gift of appreciated stock directly to the church, we can help with that process. Let us know if you are interested in this possibility!
St. Mark’s can receive Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD) from your IRA and can be used to satisfy all or part of your Required Minimum Distributions (RMD). If this gift is to be used for anything other than unrestricted giving or to satisfy your current pledge, please do let us know. The endowment fund at St. Mark’s offers a powerful opportunity to ensure that the love and gratitude we feel for our church will endure. By contributing to the endowment fund, we can ensure that St. Mark’s will have the resources needed to continue its mission and ministries for generations to come. At St. Mark’s our endowment is structured so that the principal amount is kept intact while the investment income is available to meet ongoing needs.
There are two primary ways to make a gift to one of the church’s endowment funds. First, you may make an outright gift to the endowment of cash, stock, or other liquid assets. Second, you may make a planned gift by designating a bequest in your will, establishing a life income gift (like a charitable annuity), or naming St. Mark’s as the beneficiary of a life insurance policy and directing any of these gifts to the endowment.
What is your favorite memory from St. Mark’s? A wedding? A Baptism? Welcoming the youth back from their summer mission trip? The flowering of the cross during the Easter service? Holy Week, or Christmas Eve? Serving with one of the many ministries here?
