We Need YOU!

Yes, you!

As you read (or will read) in our newsletter, Covenant Council approved a relationship with Ministry Architects to do strategic planning and implementation with us for the next 19 months. The first part of the process will be congregational input. We need your voice! Use the link below to fill out the survey that will go directly to Ministry Architects, without church staff seeing your response. Whether you are new to the church or have been here forever, worship online or in person or not at all, think St. Mark’s is on track or is going astray – If you have received this email, we want your input!

Why you? In the gospels, we find countless times that Jesus stops to minister to one person instead of a crowd: the woman who had been bleeding, the daughter of the soldier who had died, the blind man beside the pool, the one sheep that had gone astray. Jesus models the value of each individual person. We join him in believing that you matter to the church and to God. Take part in the survey so we can hear your voice as we plan for our future.

Please note that this is NOT conversation about the “split” or changes that are coming to the United Methodist Church. This is about OUR congregation of St. Mark’s: who we are, our strengths and weaknesses, how we will situate ourselves for the next years of ministry on the corner of Magee and La Cañada.

Check out more about Ministry Architects in our September newsletter, or visit their website here:  www.ministryarchitects.com

The survey is found here.

It is open now and will close on Sept. 12. Why delay? Take the time now!

See you soon,

Pastor Lynn
